1. Worldwide Shipping

We ship handmade furniture worldwide from our workshop in Malta. Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

2. Production Before Shipping

Important: Shipping times below do NOT include production time.

• Production time: 3-6 weeks (confirmed when you order)
• Shipping time: 5-15 business days (varies by location)
• Total time: Production time + Shipping time

You will be notified when production is complete and your item ships.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is selected based on your location for optimal delivery speed and safety.

5. Tracking

When your item ships, you receive:

• Tracking number
• Direct link to track your package
• Estimated delivery date

6. Customs and Import Duties

International orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are NOT included in our shipping cost and vary by destination.

Our packages are clearly labeled with contents and value for customs clearance.

7. Delivery Requirements

• Signature: May be required depending on order value and carrier
• Address accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct
• Recipient availability: Someone should be available to receive delivery
• Failed delivery: If delivery fails (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), redelivery fees may apply

8. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged:

• Protective wrapping around furniture surfaces
• Corner guards and cushioning materials
• Sturdy outer carton designed for international shipping
• Fragile and "This Side Up" labels applied

9. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the box exterior and damaged item
2. Contact us within 48 hours at help.desk.securi.krungsrionline@gmail.com
3. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you

10. Order Tracking Issues

If tracking shows no updates for 5+ days, or delivery is delayed beyond estimated date, contact us immediately. We will liaise with the carrier to locate your shipment.
